Farfale Salmone
Alebo cestoviny s lososom. Príprava sa nevidí príliš náročná, ani suroviny niesú až také nezohnateľné, takže............:)
Potrebujeme:
200 g vaječných cestovín farfalle (mašličky)
100 g plátkového lososa
2 strúčiky cesnaku
petržlenová vňať
½ dl koňaku - môžeš nahradiť aj niečím iným, a v podstate ani nemusí byť
olej
2 dl sladkej smotany
1 pomaranč
mleté čierne korenie
Postup:
Cestoviny dajte variť do osolenej vriacej vody na 8 min. Do horúceho oleja dajte lososa, pridajte pretlačený cesnak, premiešajte pridajte koňak a nechajte chvíľu podusiť. Potom pridajte smotanu a počkajte kým zovrie. Pridajte 2 plátky pomaranča, trochu pomarančovej šťavy, petržlenovú vňať a mleté čierne korenie. Pridajte cestoviny a všetko dobre prehrejte. Pre podávaním ozdobte plátkom pomaranča a zelenou petržlenovou vňaťou.
